Q: Who is the Black Boys OM 200‑HR YTT for?
A: This training is for Black men, Black‑centered yoga teachers‑in‑training, and wellness practitioners who want to teach yoga through a lens of Black wellness, mental health, and healing justice.
Q: How long does the 200‑HR YTT take?
A: The program is self‑paced, so you can complete it in a time frame that fits your life. Many students finish within 6–12 months, depending on chosen course track, self-pacing and time management. Course tracks include One-10 Day Vipassana sit or 70 Yoga Classes (with corresponding journal entries ) and 50 Hours of Meditation.

Q: Is this training accredited or recognized?
A: Our training is designed to meet high standards of yoga‑teacher education, with a focus on neuroscience‑based, trauma‑informed, and community‑centered practice. Our 200HRYTT is accreditted with Yoga Alliance.
Q: What formats is the training offered in?
A: Primarily virtual and self‑paced, with video lessons, and required reading. If you wish to do the hybrid virtual and in person model you can check out our in person options in Oakland, St. Louis and Atlanta.
